2 orders scheduled for delivery just to be re rooted on delivery day to never be seen again

I bought more than R16000 worth of product on 18 November, delivery 28 Nov. Then it changed to 1 Dec, then it was indicated as rerouted to another courier facility and after that no more information. I have emailed and was told they will get back to me with answers and 5 days later still no communication from Amina at takelot. Again I did an order for approx R7500 with delivery 11 December. On the 11th I was informed they will deliver just to receive a message rerooted to another courier facility. These are Christmas present, bought well in advance an takelot just dont care. No number tom phone either wich is a clear indication that they have such ppor client service, they will not have time tondo anything between answering phones.
