2 orders not delivered after many calls and mails
Wow, just wow. 2 orders, 1 supposed to be delivered today before 3 PM, not delivered. The other was supposed to be delivered before 5:30 PM and guess what, also not delivered. I phoned 3 times today and also sent e-mails and all they can say is \the parcel is with the delivery guy and I should expect a follow-up phone call". That has also not happened and I still have not received my orders. What more should I do? All promises and no delivery......Probably going to get another call just saying it is on it's way or we will reschedule. I'm sorry but this is not good enough"

We apologise for failing to complete both your deliveries as confirmed with you and for not ensuring that this was corrected ASAP. Any of the agents who initially assisted you with your enquiry should have taken ownership of your situation to ensure that it was escalated to the relevant departments in order for the matter to be resolved. We'll address this matter with all the responsible parties to determine why this went wrong so that the necessary corrective action can be taken.
As discussed with our complaints team they've escalated this matter to our courier management team who are urgently looking into the delay with your deliveries. We'll do our best to get these orders delivered to you soonest and will keep you posted on any developments.
