2 no show deliverys in 2 weeks

Last week i received a message promising delivery before 3pm. I then took time off work to wait for the delivery. The driver never arrived and i had to reschedule for 6pm with manager Sarah. I once again went home only to have no one arrive once again. They then called me at 8.30pm to cone back...a week later my second message for another package came through saying delivery before 5pm. Once again i took time out the office to receive the package only to have no one arrive. I then called in and was promised a Fedex manager would call to arrange after hour delivery. At 6pm i called back to see where they were and they where now closed according to the takealot agent. This has cost me 5 trips back home of petrol and more than a half day of my year leave. I have spent 1000s with takealot this is terrible service and i will go further with this.
