2 months + Waiting for delivery - NO FEEDBACK.

I placed an order - expected delivery date 30 March 2020 still not received, (more than 2 months ago) 3 Tickets logged, they dare to send me an email to rate their "helping service" after the ticket was logged, however no one even contacted me ? No help or info with regards to my order received from Takealot.
