2 hours in total on hold, 6 people, no help!!!
This is a complaint with quite some history and I have had enough now!<br> This is the second hellopeter post since yesterday... see this url:<br> http://hellopeter.com/take2takealot/complaints/goods-lost-in-system-horrible-customer-service-***<br> <br> Long story short, after a hellish day to just try and get my packages, after speaking to several people, being put on hold for at least 2 hours and problem after problem, I finally manage for them to promise my goods delivered last night.<br> Once again a broken promise!!!!<br> <br> Not all of the items were delivered and now I have to fight yet again just to get my products i paid thousands for and already very late!!<br> The lady that \took care"of my previous hellopeter post never called back as promised either.<br> <br> This morning I called again and spoke to Theo Mtsula"
It really shouldn't have been such a struggle to correct this matter and we sincerely apologise for the troubles this incomplete delivery has caused you. As discussed with Maxine from our complaints team she will look into this incomplete delivery with the responsible departments and will make the necessary arrangements to get this matter fixed once and for all. She will revert back to you as soon as she's received the relevant information to assist with this matter further.
