2 Delivery Failures No Phone Calls

This is the worst online experience l ever had. I placed an order and it was supposed to be delivered on the 31st of October. The keep on showing customer unavailable every time l check the status of the Delivery. I gave them the correct address twice and still no delivery. I do not understand why drivers do not call when they arrive!!!!!!
