2 days turn into 2 weeks!!!! Order Nightmare!

I order some make up blender and cleanser for my wife as an anniversary gift from Superbalist on the 25th

The anniversary has passed and i still dont have the gift!

I followed up and they told me my order has been delayed, then another email said my order was lost in transit. that was 7 days after i placed the order. This morning i receive an email saying they tried to deliver and i was not available...This is a lie!!!! i have been awake since 7am, i am working from home the whole today and my phone did not ring once.

What are you guys hiding?

Please refund me all my money since you dont know what you are doing!!

I have never been so disappointed in my life. this inconvenience ruined my taste for Superbalist and Takealot.
