1st time dissapointed!
I have done +-20 transactions with Takealot and they have all been without problems and I received excellent service and feedback!<br> <br> My last order, placed and payed for on the 29th of September 2015, is still with the couriers as from 30 Sep 2015. The last time 'Track your delivery' has been updated was on 30 Sep 2015.<br> <br> I got in touch with Takealot and queried the order. They said that they will find out from the courier company what is the hold-up. Not much has happened since that so I decided to phone MR DELIVERY myself. Apparently they will phone 'UTI' and ask what is the problem. Still no feedback...<br> <br> With each one of my previous orders takealot has delivered before the deadline. This is the first (hopefully last) time that they have missed the delivery date and provided terrible feedback!<br> <br> Can you please find out where my parcel is and deliver it to me!<br> <br> Order# ***

We're the first to admit we're not perfect and hiccups like these unfortunately do happen sometimes, but we can assure you we'll always do our best to try and get them straightened out ASAP. We've assigned this matter to our complaints team to further investigate with the relevant department. They'll revert back to you as soon as they've received the necessary feedback to assist.
