16 days and still no delivery

I placed an order with Takealot on the 5th December (18 items in the total order). On the 10th December, I received 3 items of the total order. I am to date (21st December) still awaiting the remainder of the items. I am utterly appalled and disappointed at the lack of service. As per your telephonic records would have shown, I have made 15 calls to date, have dealt with several consultants who to date have still not been able to help me in finding the whereabouts of my parcel and provide me with an accurate update as to when my order will be delivered.I have been told due to security reasons I am unable to collect my parcel from the UTI depot, this is not true, I have made contact with UTI directly
