14 emails to try and explain my problem and still no joy

Over 2 weeks to try and resolve an incorrect item issue ... still no joy. Every time I raise a query the issue gets closed by the agent. I have sent 14 emails now. They simply do not understand what has happened. They delivered the wrong stuff but their systems cannot deal with that possibility. I have returned the incorrect items but since only 2 items were delivered instead of 3 ordered I only get credit for 2. The most frustrating thing is that I cannot find a tlephone number so that I can find a human to explain my problem to.
