Logged return request last year July on order # ********** 7 until this day they haven't refunded me when I call to ask why, I'm told they are still looking in to the matter or they haven't received the goods despite the emails from takealot warehouse confirming that they have received the goods. Spoken to two mangers already but still they can't resolve my problem or atleast call me and give an update on the matter. This is soo dissapointing.
