110 Volt Specs not South African

I ordered a ceiling fan. The Fan arrived and as I was reading I realised this is a 110Volt fan. Luckily I did not couple it to my exsisiting 220Volt power supply. The advert says 220Volt on Takelot. But apon arrival I learned that is a 110Volt. I really am highly dissatisfied and dissapointed and it makes me a very unhappy customer.
