Takealot cancels customers' orders and then penalizes them for asking for a refund. I have been a Takealot customer for as long as I can remember. I ordered the Modern Waterproof Zebra Dual-Layer Roller Blind, 250X200 at R1450 from Takealot. They canceled the order. I ordered the same item at the same cost, today they canceled the order for the second time. Since I need the blind urgently and they have canceled my order TWICE, I requested for a refund so that I can buy somewhere else. Guess what? They deducted R149 from the R1450, which is 10% of what I originally paid. Why am I paying a fine because THEY CANCELED, NOT ME. TAKEALOT, I WANT MY MONEY IN FULL, I DON'T OWE ANYONE. YOU CANCELED THE ORDER, I DIDN'T.
