1 star still too much

One star too much. Ordered 3 tablets and usb storage on the 10th August!!Then takealot cancel my usb. I ask refund and get the money same day. At time of purchase there was no reviews for the tablets. 4 days later there is plenty reviews and most negative. Screen scrolling, freezing, slow etc. One person only waited 7 days. My delivery due 3rd september. I ask to cancel 3 tablets on 26 August as cancel button not showing. On due delivery date they cancel 1 tablet. And delivery date gets moved again. Cancel button shows again. On 5 September I cancel 2 tablets left. Now I am still waiting for refund. From 3 September. Small amounts they pay. But now that amount is R4347 they give plenty excuses. I'm getting tired of waiting for MY money. Where they want cash NOW. The site say 3 to 5 work days. Now they want to come with additional 3 to 5 days. That's 6 to 10 days. Looks like they think we will forget over R4000?????
