1 star is too much for your poor service

If you want to buy stuff rather go to your nearest Makro or store because Takealot service delivery is extremely poor this days. I stay less than 6km away from them but I have been waiting for my delivery for more than 11 days now.Their false adverti*****ts says delivery will take place within 7days but that a lie. I regret ever purchasing goods online because now I am away and I can't change the delivery adress.
