***1 Order Drips and Draps let to no delivery- Inconvenienced

I like to express my disappointment in the manner my order was delivered: Order #***1Delivery today before 17h00 , i had to phone FEDEX, Then Mr Dilvery for my order that i was expecting since midday, i wasted R100.00 airtime, which i want back, and then i get a response that the truck was hijacked, at 17:26pm my order came in drips and draps, the main item the gas heater was most critical for us we live in a very cold area, and waited a week, now i dont know, i only asked Take alot to re order my order as soon as possible and a Gift voucher for their poor service as i spend R9000, on my order
