1. I ordered a Spinning Bicycle for my girlfriends birthday. 2. Delivery was supposed to be 6th March. 3. Didn't have a vehicle to deliver "such a big parcel" 4. Delayed and moved parcel to other warehouse. 5. Delivery moved to day of birthday. 6. Could only deliver after 16:30 as plans were already made for the day. 7. Delivered small parcel with huge truck. 8. When opened water bottle badly dented andsticker on bicycle scratch and bubbling. 9. Requested an exchange and was told must return and will be evaluated, but not an item that goes out on the road or can be knocked over to damage???
