Takealot credited me 273 rands for a missing / out of stock item for my order 8 days ago but i opted for a refund instead but today i still haven’t received the money.

I received an email confirmation saying the refund will reflect in 3 to 5 business days and today is day 9 but i still haven’t received the money.

This is ***** how do you process the refund only for the customer not to receive it.

Whenever i log on my take a lot app i see “refund approve and processed” message but if that’s the case and where is it? Why haven’t i still not received it??

What ****es me off is that they don’t want to take responsibility, I’ve called , sent a mails and today no response or advice about the way forward.
