I made a payment with pay fast for R530 and takealot is denying that they have received payment I have contacted my bank who also confirms that takealot had received payment. I am basically begging takealot for my money this is disgusting. This is *****. I call on the number provided on the website but the receiver picks up and nobody speaks it just takes all my airtime takelot you may get rich by robbing people but God is watching you

18 Nov 2023, 12:01I told your call center agents I will report you to Hellopeter. You won't get away with this . You also cancelled my order and when ever I call you tell me contact my bank or pay fast I did and you still did not assist me to resolve this issue. Capitec said you need to bank my payment and reverse it to me
