0/10: Another day, another delayed Takelot order

If I could give less than one star, I would. After essentially being forced to subscribe to TakealotMORE to try and access "Free" delivery and supposedly access benefits such as same day or next day delivery, Takealot has a pattern of more misses than hits. It is becoming the norm for parcels to be rescheduled, which makes me wonder why they offer the service or option at all. This is incredibly inconsiderate and doesn't account for the planning a consumer has to undertake to ensure they're here for the delivery.

My monthly subscription fee is clearly useless, as it doesn't get me the benefits promised. I've cancelled my TakealotMORE account, and after my outstanding parcels arrive, I won't be supporting Takealot in the future, which probably means nothing to Takealot as an institution.
