0% complain attendance

I brought a hp notebook on the 12th of August 2021.its started to give me problems. I reported it they came and fatch it on the 6th of September. They told me it will take 2 to 3days .i call them wanted to ask how far they told me that they dont see my laptop .i give them the reference number mrrn-p5mkd-enj5. Still they cant find it .i call again yesterday i spoke to nokhayo c .she told me that she found the notebook but the repairs has been declined due to mis communication. I told her i never received any email or sms from them she said she will call me back even now am waiting. Am getting frustrated coz am using that notebook for school now am behind with my school work
