Refund for paid up Loan

I have taken a loan with Tadi, and paid up and now they keep on debiting me...and when i speak to consultant i have been transfered from pillar to post and What's app consultant keeps on giving wrong information while my money has been taken....why would i keep records and use that proof but its looks like they ******** me because they do not want to do proper investigation
