******** Adverse Listing by Triple Advance Without Any Notice Complaint: Triple Advance placed an adverse listing on my credit profile without sending me any notice, warning, SMS, email, or communication, as required under the National Credit Act (NCA). I ended my contract with Quest on 30 June 2023, and payroll deductions stopped automatically. From July 2023 onward, I received no communication from Triple Advance about arrears or arrangements. When Hybrid Collections contacted me on 30 May 2025, they confirmed: They sent all their own communication to me, They did not list me, and Triple Advance is the company that placed the adverse listing. This adverse listing is now affecting my employment, and Triple Advance cannot provide any proof of pre‑listing communication or warnings. I request the following: Immediate removal of the adverse listing, as there was no legal notice. Proof of all communication from Triple Advance before listing me. Clarification on the R26 Debt Protection Plan and why it did not assist when I became unemployed. I am already speaking to Hybrid Collections for payment arrangements. My issue is the unfair listing done without proper communication.
