WHERE IS MY ORDER!!!

Must start by say 1 rating is even too much for this business!!! I have on numerous occasion request for info on why my order has not been received. After a while I spoke to Stefan at online orders whom advise why and when item will be received and when refund will be done. To date being more than a week later no feedback received after being promise I will get my tracking number same day via email (exact time given within a hour) and my refund by Friday latest. I am disgusted that I am still waiting. I will never recommend or do business with this company again!!!! I NEED MY REFUND AND ITEM IMMEDIATELY PLEASE!!!!!
