Very poor service and refuse to give my money

This company is a bunch set of Connie's including their manager at boksburg, I made the boots order on 13th June and when I fone about my order where about if it happens for them to pick up the fone they just say they will fone or email back in 10 minutes, on Thursday 27th I spoke with someone who said he is a manager and he told me that they didn't get the accreditation certificate for those boots that I paid for and he will fone me as soon as he is in office, until today he never foned so TDSA why do you run business if you are full of bullying people? I want my money back please
