Unable to produce good on order

On 13 December 2017 did I purchase an item in store which were out of stock at the time. I have been required to pay in full for the Item and they will then order this. After more that a week upon inquiry, were I informed that the supplier closed for December and that they will order this in the beginning of the new year. Since 8 January 2018 have I tried endlessly to find out what happened with my order and could not receive a straight answer. Now have I been told that the supplier will only open on 15 Jan, they will order it then. I requested a refund now, and now it's going to be another struggle as this will also take time to process. Stay away from this shop if you don't want to have endless headaches with orders
