Terrible Service

Looking at the other reviews it seems as if poor service is the standard at Tactical Distributors. I placed a order 17/09/2019 and paid in full. (R13,473.75). The main Item I had purchased was out of stock with the supplier so I was more than happy to wait a bit longer for it. I followed many times and eventually received a mail to say the item is now in stock with the supplier and that within 7 days the stock would arrive. After the 7 days again I phoned to follow up and was told the item had been discontinued. Who knows what happened in those 7 days. Anyway I have now asked for a refund but can already see that it will be a rocky road forward. To date I have made numerous phone calls and sent a bunch of mails with absolutely no luck. Every phone call ends with a promise to return my call and give me an update but I was never phoned back once.
