Tactical Distributors SA: Pathetic Customer Service

I placed an online order for a few buffs which were on special at the time. This was on the 16 September 2020. I was assured the product would be delivered within 3 weeks due to lack of stock, etc. which I accepted. It is the 18 November 2020 and I am yet to receive my products. There is no contact number for direct contact and thus everything must be done via emails. I send constant mails to which I do receive replies advising that products will be shipped within so many weeks but they never arrive. Please do not waste your time, money and effort with this company as all that you will receive is disappointment and frustration.
