Subject: #51834 New TDSA Online Order #56949 - Ref TDWO19787 - Allen Walker

I placed an online order with TDSA around 10th May 2023 and paid in full including shipping costs. Since the order has been placed I have had numerous communications with TDSA to find out where my order was and why it has not been delivered, after numerous communique I was told the product was no longer available and that I had to fill in a refund form and send that back to them with a copy of my ID, I have done this as well. Up and until today I have not received a refund and no one from TDSA have returned my calls after several requests for the owner/manager to call me as he/she is never available. It is now over 3 months and I still have not been refunded, this is shocking business practice! TDSA, do what is right, refund my money please! TDSA's ethics are shockingly poor!
