STEER CLEAR! YOU WILL REGRET DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Ordered items from them online and paid in full. After months I still have not received the ordered items. When their support can be bothered to respond to complaints they basically make all kinds of excuses and hide behind red tape, as if that is the customer's problem. Tried to ****** a "20% cancellation fee" from me when I demanded delivery of the goods or my money refunded. The Hawks and Carte Blanche should take a good look at these guys.
