Socking Pathetic Service

I have never in my life experienced such pathetic service. I sponsored a school boy to go on his first ever camp. On the 23rd of July 2019 l placed my order and paid, well today is the 16th of August 2019 and the child has now left to go on his camp minus 80% of the stuff that was bought for him. For the last week I have been calling 3 to 4 times a day to find out what is happening to my order and every time the same story “we will call you back now with a update”. Well never ones did i receive a call bac**** You guys truly made me look like a fool and a disappointment as I was not able to give the boy what I promised..
