Shocking serves

Absolouty shocking service. I ordered something that took over 2 months to be shipped I then asked if I could cancel the order. The admin lady sent me a form which I filled out three times and still they did not refund me. After promising me that I would get my refund they then sent the item that I no longer needed as I had bought it elsewhere.
