Poor customer service

We are very disappointed with this company as an order was placed in January 2019 and we were informed that the order would arrive in a few weeks once order has been place. Every time we contact the company and get through to the online orders department, they cant seem to give us answers with regards to the time of arrival for the order. They say 1-2 weeks then phoning back after 2 weeks they say another 1-2 weeks etc. They have advised us that at one time its at the harbor then its at the airport. Have had no feedback since then.The company also doesn't communicate with the customer whether it is a phone call or email as they say they will get back and never do. The customer service from this company is poorly.
