Perfect place to buy gifts for an in-law you don't like

Awful service and wait times. I had to wait 6 months for one item and it's been 4 months that I've been waiting for the second item. Phone calls and emails are never answered, they constantly claim to "have received the shipment but that specific item was left out" - utterly useless and I'd highly recommend not using them, unless it's a gift voucher for an in-law you don't like as it will drive them crazy waiting with no communication
