Pathetic Service

My order TDWO12582 , was paid on the 19 th July 2020 Still not received anything. ??????????????????? Pathetic to say the least. After some emails I got an email back stating they have the parcel and will send it shortly, this was on the 31 August 2020 , what will this take another 2 months ???? Got another email, now they ask what went wrong and from what branch was the order, who did I speak to.. Really ???, if they cared about their customers they will do the effort to check and see this was online order.. all the info is on their system... They ask how can they improve .. that is easy .. send me the f.. parcel. I wonder if I ask my money back will that be paid back before 2030. Be very careful when buying from this company.
