Pathetic customer service

Stay away from these guys. You will only be disappointed!

I have been battling with this company since 24 Oct 2019. Today is 2 December... :-(

I ordered 2 bags and some food rations. I triple checked that the items were in stock before placing the order and making payment.

Guess what, the moment the payment was finalised, their excuses started. every day I had to call them. They always made promised that they will phone me but never do.

eventually I requested a refund on Friday 8 November. And as I said, after almost daily calls from me to them, the refund amount is still not paid out. this is after their "accounts lady" told me the that refund will be processed by latest Friday 29 November so that I at least go to their physical store to buy what ever they have in stock since.

Side note, their stock control is useless. DO NO TRUST their website. If it says something is in stock, most likely it's not.

Just stay away from them, it will prolong your life by just looking somewhere else for the item(s).
