However, the team at Tactical Distributors SA went above and beyond to make things right. They not only fixed the issue but also sent me a brand-new set without any hassle.

Their customer service was exceptional—quick, professional, and genuinely focused on customer satisfaction. It's rare to find a company that takes responsibility for something that wasn’t their fault and ensures their customers walk away happy.
