Order still waiting 5 months later

I placed an order in March. Its now August and I have not received it. Sent emails and no response. Called and my calls get dropped. Doing their online chat which has a status of "online" but no one is responding. My advise dont order from here. I am sure there are very few places you will find with service this terrible.
