No stock, no service, no refunds

Absolutely appalling customer service. Products listed on the site as in stock, confirmation received that there is stock, but upon following up on delayed delivery, there is no stock. Wait for prescribed period for stock to arrive, no stock. Requested a refund, request received and acknowledged, but no refund. Now there's just radio silence. I've escalated this to the Ombud to try get some sort of action going on this. Frankly disgusting behavior from this company.
