No Good & No Refund

<div>Placed an order in June 2023 and they said it would take 6 weeks. After several months of the goods not arriving, I requested a refund in Nov 2023. 2 months later I'm still waiting for a refund. Nakita does not respond to emails, when I phone in all the extensions are busy and no one answers</div>
