Never experienced anything like this

Purchased brass cases from them on 01 August 2023. TDSA mentioned around 14 days delivery time. On 31st of August I started to follow up with them on the whereabouts of my order as I have not received any further comms. I managed to speak to a Johan who said he will direct my query to the correct dept. On 06 September, a person named Nakita rep**** that my order will take another two weeks. Again on 21 September, I inquired again on the whereabouts of my order. Nakita then rep**** that they can only get stock in the new year. I said it is unacceptable and that I want a refund - I completed a form she sent me which I sent back to them on 05 October. On 06 October Nakita confirmed receipt of the form. No comms after that and I inquired again on 10 October. On 12 October Nakita rep**** that she is awaiting feedback from another dept regarding my refund. Again no further comms and I again inquired on 17 October, this time warning them that I will share my experience on social media if I don't get my refund asap. No reponse and still no refund. Hence I am here writing this to warn people to avoid this business. I will also share my experience on all the hunting groups I am a member of.
