Items purchased don't get delivered.

I ordered items beginning January 2020. Then covid hit and I was patient due to the circumstances. My order NEVER arrived. It has been 2 years, countless emails requesting a proof of delivery, which is impossible due to the fact that there was no delivery. I got one reply and they told me the lady who handled my order no longer works there. That's it. They haven't rep**** since.

I will never buy from them again!
