Impossible to get a refund from TDSA

Ordered an item in 2022, after waiting months for it and not receiving anything I cancelled the order and filled in the refund documents. That was in February and still waiting for a refund. Phones are not answered, emails don't get responded to even though you get a reads response. don't think i will ever do business with TDSA again and will definitely not recommend them to anyone!
