DONT buy from these guys!!!!!!

It appears that 'Marc' is the only person who actually does any work at this company - I ordered and paid for 12 pairs of safety boots on the 24th of October. These boots were apparently all in stock at the time - I then received an email to say some of the sizes were on back order. Long story short, after literally dozens of phone calls (95% of which are unanswered) and almost as many emails - they have been promising that the stuff will be sent out since over a week ago. Today alone, Ilani has promised me three times to get back to me with the tracking details for the parcel but has not once actually contacted me to give me this info. This is THE WORST service I have ever come across. DO not make the same mistake I did with these guys!!!!
