Dad very dad customer service

Absolutely the most pathetic company I ever dealt with. I place a order on line and immediately after the payment i realized i ordered the incorrect goods. That Monday morning in was on the phone to cancel the order. A so called ticked was logged. Afters 3 weeks I still haven't received my refund. And was told now they take a 20 % handling fee. There is never a supervisor or someone in accounts to speak to. I will never support this company again be careful they quick to take you but to help you hell no.
