Completely *********** - DO NOT ORDER ONLINE

I paid upfront for a back-order item. A month later and i'd heard nothing from them. After numerous calls and emails, most of which went unanswered, i was told that my item has still not available and that they could not tell me when it would become available. I promptly cancelled my order and requested to be reimbursed, which included filling out a reimbur*****t form. ANOTHER month later and i have not received my money.

This morning, however, i did receive a parcel form them; it contained the incorrect item - the easily available version i could have picked up almost anywhere.

So to clarify; they sent me a smaller, cheaper version of the item i ordered two months after i ordered it and a month after i had cancelled the order.
