Complete Lack of Refund and Communication

I have been waiting for a refund since the 16th of March. Initially I got a response to my mails and on their website, but now there is just no response to my numerous queries and emails all with supporting documentation.

Look on Hello Peter I can see that this seems to be a common trend and lately the complaints here are not even being responded to
