Awful service , money taken but no goods delivered

Terrible customer service. I've ordered and not received goods. Tried contacting them for the past 2 day telehonically and e-mail. The phone line is always engaged and no response to my e-mail query . When I eventually contacted someone I was promised a call back to because they messed up and needed to check what the issue was . Needless to say I'm still waiting for that call.
