Utterly poor service from TABonline.

TAB has the worst possible customer service. I made a deposit saterday passed but the money did not reflect in my account. I have made many many calls to ********** 822 and pressed option 1 (deposits and withdrawals )which will always ring for more than 5 minutes before someone picks the call up. I have even sent through my proof of payment for the deposit that is not reflecting as requested from the TAB consultants. I have also used this platform to adress my querry but no one is responding or assisting. I have never experienced such bad customer service. My TAB account number is 774531. My deposit which I paid in using my internet banking has not been credited to my TAB account yet ,which was made on Saturday 09.02.19. I am asking again for assistance please.
