Acc no 722290. I am very damn angry and upset at this service. You call in and they make you a ****. I'm losing my money not tab!!!! I made my last dep of 200. Money was in my account. It showed 200.i tool a quartet in Kenilworth race 2....i am not insane or dumb or phone for nothing. I login after seeing results thinking I won 2000. I see the ticket missing under transactions. Then I call in and instead of helping tells me my last transaction did not go through. If it did not go through how did money come off my acc. How did 200 reflect on tab online... How did I take quartet and it closed at 19.8%. How did I do all of this for someone to tell me when I called in that my 200 did not go through. Am I a mad person!!!!!! I want full explanation to do.... I sent through proof of payment as well. I want some1 to call me and tell me how will this be made up because credited me my 200 just won't be enough!!!!!!!! I will take this as far as I can if I have too. Bad bad service.
